Tutorial: Creating a Template - Page 4 of 8 Form View and List View All the data in GYZ Personal Database are text strings. They are displayed in two views, the list view and the form view. The form view contains all the data of one record. And the list view, from its name, we know that it lists all the records, each line for one record. Of cause, only selected data from a record are listed. In the form view, data are put in editable single-line text boxes and/or multi-line text boxes. Labels on the form view are descriptive text, they are static, and not used to store data. The list view contains one or several columns. Each column corresponds to a text box in the form view. We must begin with the form layout, and decide if the data in some text boxes being also displayed as a column in the list view. Click "Next" to continue.
